The project

Familiar faces and a new logo will represent the city of Weilheim
an der Teck as an employer. For the new campaign, which was
developed specifically for recruiting and retention, employees
from the town’s own ranks appeared in front of the camera.

The Challenge

To get the most authentic answer possible, we hold workshops across all
areas and design a special online survey that we conduct among the 200
employees. With this insight, we develop and realise the new employer brand.

The Solution

The employer brand represents many things: a doer mentality, responsibility,
experience and above all: closeness. With the claim “Weilheim suits me”, it
is particularly the people working there who bring the employer branding
campaign to life and thus attract the attention of potential employees.

The Result

The campaign comes to life through a social media account, job advertisements
that are authentic and attractive, stories that are convincing, employees who
appreciate the Weilheim municipality, and facts that prove its success. And the
campaign is far from over yet.
