The goal of this recruiting campaign was to get potential new employees for Kastner & Öhler and GIGASPORT. The job profiles covered several departments in the organization.
The Challenge
Just as in the customer segment, the two brands wanted to appeal to style-conscious people in their employer branding as well. In order to create a high brand-fit with the employees, GIGASPORT optimally wanted to reach out to people who have a passion for sports themselves.
The Solution
For this recruiting campaign, the two brands Kastner & Öhler joined forces with the aim of filling jobs across several departments of the organization. The main approach was to convince the target group of the benefits of a job in a large, established and renowned company.
The Result
Matching the demographic characteristics of the target group, the campaign focused the communication via social media. In the first phase the content was focused on the benefits of working at Kastner & Öhler and GIGASPORT. In the second phase – after potential applicants already interacted with the brands on social media – we applied more precise targeting options and displayed specific job profiles to potential recruits via paid advertising.
