The project

77Agency has been working with Model Space, which specializes in premium scale models for collectors, across the US and EU on its user acquisition and sales campaigns.

The client wanted to reduce their CPA for product sales, while increasing the total volumes of sales across 6 key markets.

The Challenge

The scaling vertical is a competitive one, where a lot of local and global brands and resellers compete for market share. ModelSpace needed to lower its digital cost per new customer acquisition, and to increase the incoming revenue from the medium, to stay competitive while growing further in the markets.

The Solution

We improved the campaign performance thanks to development of fully localized campaigns, based on local promotion calendars and product range. We brought in new tech solutions to improve the product feed performance, and thus the shopping campaigns. We restructured the social campaigns, combined with higher impact creative, pushing the performance of the channels further.

The Result

The rigorous optimizations, activation of new channels, improved creative, optimized product feeds and omnichannel performance dashboards helped us reduce the CPA considerably while we kept growing on sales. So far we overdelivered on the sales targets by more than 40%, while saving over 10% to the client.
