Our member Agency Advertiva created a spectacular loyalty program for Zywiec – part of Heineken group in Poland. The challenge was to encourage drivers of small trucking companies to transport goods on days when they preferred to stay home (such as May 1) as well as to tighten their relations with Zywiec. Special incentives were created which included cash credited to the driver’s credit card, prizes, gadgets and more. Advertiva handled the entire program from concept to creation, including mechanisms, software development and mobile apps. Implementation was supported by outdoor advertising, field marketing and direct mailing. The dedicated website was bilingual – both Polish and Ukrainian to also reach drivers in the Ukraine.
