Offcar decided to renew its image using the big fair Host as a launch pattern. The brand is characterized by passion, a brilliant know how and an attitude towards customer satisfaction. Offcar wanted to tell people about these values and not just an exclusive focus on its products.
The challenge was to change the client’s communication strategy by improving the brand’s customer friendliness and closeness. Moreover, Offcar wanted to reach new markets and receive new contacts from potential news customers. The new values had to be established and presented at the Host fair in Milan.
We realized a completely new booth which used special graphics on the walls including QR codes which were linked to a new website called #myoffcar. There, visitors could experience the focus on people and their passions, sustainable choices that could be made and all the values that represent the company. We chose 3 keywords, each one of which symbolized certain products: Innovation, Performance and Cooking Art. During the entire fair we managed their online and offline presence: we handled social live postings and all requests from the online community. We further involved special food influencers to boost the visibility during the fair.
Our activities before, during and after the fair, resulted in a stunning number of new contacts from 18 new countries globally.
In 2019, the year of the fair, the website traffic increased by 50% compared to 2018 and contacts directly from the website grew by over 400%.
