The project

TH Resorts asked us to develop a strategy involving their guests in online activities. The goal was to create an online community thus improving brand awareness.

The Challenge

The challenge of the online contest was to find a perfect idea that could be organized across the entire spectrum: from creative concept to execution and from administering all activities through to customer care.

The Solution

We proposed a photo voting contest in which TH resort guests could share with the community their real experiences and their happiest moments. The first prize was a car (Fiat 500), the second one was a holiday worth 3000 € and the third one was 7 holiday vouchers to use at their resorts. Additional holiday vouchers were designed to encourage voting. We realized the creative execution, planned an online and offline advertising campaign and followed the guests from the beginning of their holiday to the end of the competition; we even organized the voting and award distribution.

The Result

1700 photos were posted for the competition, 11838 registered votes, 9553 users voted. The website traffic increased dramatically: over 122.000 visitors in the period of the contest.
