Axis is a rapidly growing global company with an annual turnover of 10.3 billion SEK and close to 3,000 employees. To further expand their business, they needed help to develop a new brand and communication platform to create awareness in new business areas and markets. They also needed help to strengthen their position as thought leader within current key industry segments.
Navigator has developed Axis new brand strategy and communication platform in close cooperation with top management. Navigator has also helped in planning the internal and external global roll-out as well as executed campaigns and developed toolboxes with communication activities for the regional marketing teams to use.
The new brand strategy and communication platform have helped Axis reposition the company in new markets in line with the new business strategy. It has also helped establish the company’s current position as thought leader in in markets where they are already a strong player.
