The Challenge
To prepare an effective concept of a loyalty program dedicated to painting and renovation and construction companies, that are clients of Decoral Centres.
The Solution
We’ve created a key visual, concept and mechanism of a loyalty program. Advertiva is also responsible for securing the project from the legal side and production and administration of the loyalty program.
The Result
The main channel of the communication with the participants is a website, which includes information on rules of the program and rewards. We use SMS and E-mail messages and a hotline to contact with participants.
“Profit Palette” is a permanent marketing activity and is running since 2020 with a great results.
