Sharpening the positioning and enabling sales
Repositioning Pistor as a partner who co-creates solutions based on products, services, and network partners. Enabling the sales team to deliver this value proposition and engage customers with supportive tools.
Together with Pistor, both internal and external measures were developed, including explanatory movies, pocket guides, direct mailings, physical “customer profiles”, and an app-based storytelling tool.
Pistor has strengthened its market position in terms of volumes and margins and accelerated sales within target clusters. Internally, Pistor has created positive momentum and improved alignment.
